A question about your own lease?

A clear price needs a clear scope

When comparing lease preparation prices, look beyond the figure in an advertisement. Ask which lease type and term it covers, what you will receive and which steps are included. Similar headings can conceal differences in the offer or in how revisions and follow-up are handled.

Keep the answers in a message or written quotation before paying. This makes comparison more useful and reduces misunderstandings, especially when ordering several leases or contracts with different durations.

Prices currently published on our website

The currently published service price is SAR 299 for a residential lease and SAR 550 for a commercial lease. Before paying, confirm the service scope, the term covered, and whether registration charges, any applicable tax and other amounts are included.

Treat the published figure as a starting point for discussing your circumstances. Do not assume identical conditions apply to every duration or number of units. The detailed offer should be clear before you complete the order.

Distinguish Ejar charges from service pricing

Ejar's residential service page lists SAR 125 per year. Its commercial page lists SAR 200 for the first year and SAR 400 for each additional year. These are the official figures displayed when this guide was prepared; check the source and final calculation when ordering.

An official registration charge does not, by itself, explain a provider's total quotation. Ask for the items to be separated or explicitly identified as included, so you neither count a charge twice nor assume an unlisted item is covered.

Five questions to ask before accepting

Send your questions together and request specific answers you can refer back to. If the lease duration or type changes after pricing, ask for an updated offer rather than relying on the earlier figure.

  • Is the price for one lease, and which term does it cover?
  • Are registration charges included, and what extra items apply?
  • Does the price include tax where payable on the service?
  • Which revisions and follow-up tasks are within the scope?
  • What cancellation or refund terms apply before and after work starts?

Keep the quotation and payment record together

Save the quotation, recipient details and payment evidence in the request file. Record lease preparation costs separately from rent instalments because they serve different purposes. For tax questions specific to your business or property, obtain suitable advice before using an assumption in your calculations.
